岗位职责: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Shanghai SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and communication based on digital channels/platforms, including website management and traffic driving, digital leads generation, social media and owned media management and engagement increasing, content marketing strategy and production, digital campaigns planning and execution, webinars, precise marketing, corporate communication and internal communication. This role will also support E-Commerce traffic driving and campaigns. MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.): 1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Media, Design, Producer, English Literature, Interpretation,Economy, Finance, Statistics 2.5-10 years working experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Manage official Website, SEO, SEM, EPR, Social Media, Owned Media, SCRM, ABM, Video Account and other official branding and communication platforms 2.Primary contact & internal technical expert on Baidu Analytics, Website CMS, Digital Asset Management (DAM), MKT Automation Platforms, WeChat Accounts, Webinar Platforms, Video/Short Video Accounts 3.Identify and execute on opportunities for new content, including multimedia, video, short video. 4.Understand individual BU technology needs and support the creation of digital solutions using the approved KI digital marketing toolset. 5.Deliver digital reports on key metrics and offer insights 6.Work collaboratively with a diverse team on cross-organizational to develop integrated marketing strategies and digital marketing plans and campaigns; and execute the plans that support branding and market expansion. 7.Develop quarterly Digital News or Marketing Newsletter to provide tech insights/ideas/trends and projects updates. OTHER FUNCTIONS: 1.Working with outside agencies and vendors. 2.Working as project manager or team member for Digital Transformation projects, such as Customer Portal, E-Commerce, TMS, CRM, CDP, loyalty program, etc. 3.Other job-related duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: 1.Previous corporate or agency experience in marketing/advertising, communications/PR, digital, social media is highly desired. 2.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines. 3.A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work. 4.High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities. 5.The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management. 6.Demonstrated achievement of meeting marketing objectives. 7.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment. 8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills. 9.Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other software may be required. 10.Must have a marketing mentality as it relates to marketing products in the industry, with the ability to gather key information and translate into an exceptional promotional piece. 11.A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and possession of a distinct sense of urgency. 12.Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
